LIACOM researcher Sandra Miranda, co-authored the article “Leadership development and employee experience management: comparing cultural and psychological pathways” with Paula Figueiredo, published in the European Journal of Training and Development.

The study analyses the relationship between leadership development and employee experience management, exploring the role of two organisational mechanisms: positive organisational culture and psychological safety.

The article results from the work developed as part of Paula Figueiredo’s postdoctoral research at the School of Communication and Media Studies of the Polytechnic University of Lisbon (ESCS-UPL), in the field of Social Sciences, under the scientific supervision of researcher Sandra Miranda.
