Sandra Miranda publishes article on factors shaping employee experience

LIACOM researcher Sandra Miranda has recently published a scientific article co-authored with Paula Figueiredo, a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Communication and Media Studies, as part of her research project developed at this institution.

The article, entitled “Experience at Work: Why Employees Experience Their Work Differently”, was published in the international journal Administrative Sciences, highlighting the decisive role of internal communication and leadership in shaping employee experience. The study also emphasizes the importance of internal communication, particularly in onboarding processes and cultural alignment, and underscores the central role of managers in creating positive experiences for employees.
