LIACOM researchers Joana Frias Costa, Sandra Pereira, Tatiana Nunes and Vanessa Andrade participated in the 20th International Congress on Public Relations Research, held in Barcelona from 3 to 5 June. The event brought together researchers and practitioners from several countries to discuss current challenges and trends in the fields of public relations and strategic communication.

As part of the congress, Vanessa Andrade presented the paper “From Information to Behavioural Change: The Importance of Strategic Public Relations in Childhood Food Education”, co-authored with Sandra Pereira and Tatiana Nunes. Meanwhile, Joana Frias Costa presented the paper “Integrating Inclusive Communication into Public Relations Practice in the Third Sector: Rebellion or Responsibility?”, co-authored with Inês Veiga.
