Sandra Miranda presents a paper on consumption and ageism at CIPINE2025

As part of the +LONGE project, funded by the 9th edition of the IDI&CA program, LIACOM researcher Sandra Miranda presented the paper “Consumption and Ageism: Expectations, Cultural Meanings and Stereotypes in Advertising for Senior Consumers” at the International Congress on Intervention Projects in Aging (CIPINE2025), on January 24th.

The communication presented the +LONGE research project, which aims to examine the relationship of the elderly (60+) with information and communication technologies and advertising, as well as to analyze their consumption journey in different cultural contexts (Iberian and North American).
