LIACOM researcher Rita Monteiro Mourão is the first author of the scientific article “It is urgent to talk about well-being in higher education institutions: what is the role of public relations and organizational communication?”, published in the Revista Internacional de Relaciones Públicas.

The article, published in December 2024, was co-authored by Inês Sousa, Cláudia Pacheco, Susana Mourão, Sandra Miranda and Sónia Silva, and emerged within the scope of the FLOW research project that the researcher coordinates, funded by the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon.
