The LIACOM research structure Museu da Paisagem announces the release of the book “Portugal Refractory: A Country Between Immobility and Change”, now available to the public through its online store.

Authored by António Araújo (texts) and Duarte Belo (photographs), the book offers a reflection on the dynamics of transformation and permanence that shape Portuguese territory and culture. The work presents a multifaceted portrait of a country that, although marked by significant changes in recent decades, continues to reveal elements of resistance and continuity, deeply rooted in history and collective identity.
