On July 10, 2025, the team of LIACOM researchers involved in the project DOC-EDU: Perspectives on the Introduction to Reading and Writing (IDI&CA2024) took part in the 11th National Congress on Pedagogical Practices in Higher Education, with the presentation: “Documentary: A Window for Reflection on Pedagogical Practices.”
In this presentation, the team shared the audiovisual principles that guided the creation of the documentary “A Leitora”, developed to promote reflection on the formation of readers in the early years of schooling. The documentary is intended for future teachers, current educators, and all those interested in critically reflecting on education and teaching practices.
The research team includes LIACOM researchers Joana Souza, Ricardo Pereira Rodrigues, and Joana Pontes, as well as Adriana Cardoso, Susana Pereira, and João Ribeiro.
