LIACOM researchers Alexandra Miguel and Sandra Miranda published the book chapter “How to effectively communicate brand activism: the strategies commonly used by brands” in the book “Tendencias de investigación en comunicación”, published by Dykinson.

The chapter addresses key factors that brands should consider in their activist communications to promote social change and gain stakeholder support, through real-world cases of brand activism campaigns.
