Today, April 8, 2025, LIACOM researcher Fernanda Bonacho will participate in the public hearing organized by the Committee on Culture and Education, at the European Parliament, on the theme “Enhancing media literacy in the digital age”, exploring the role of journalism in media literacy.

In addition to LIACOM’s integrated researcher, speakers include Francesca Pasquali, discussing the role of digital media in everyday life; Alessandro Orlowski, addressing online misinformation; and Will Kingston-Cox, focusing on empowering young people to combat misinformation.
