On November 17, at 2:30 p.m., the 4th Narrativas Journal Meeting will take place at the School of Communication and Media Studies (ESCS) of the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon (Room 2P9). The event is organized by the Undergraduate Programmes in Journalism and in Audiovisual and Multimedia at ESCS-IPL, with the support of the UNESCO Chair in Communication, Media and Information Literacy and Citizenship, affiliated with ESCS-IPL and LIACOM.

In this edition, second-year Journalism students will present their articles for the upcoming issues of the journal, dedicated to the themes “Silence” and “Origins.” Meanwhile, third-year students will launch the new editions focused on “Citizenship” and “Democracy.”

The session will also feature commentary by Mariana Lima Cunha, political journalist at Observador.

This partnership highlights the importance of the meeting in the education of future journalists and in promoting debate on key issues of contemporary society.
