The Entre Serras_Creative Europe (PES_CE) project is co-funded by the European Union and hosts various artistic residencies, workshops, and meetings under the Creative Europe program.
The seminar “Art, Landscape, and Sustainable Tourism” took place at the Fábrica da Criatividade – Castelo Branco from July 19 to 22, 2024.
This seminar aimed to reveal a dynamic between art and rurality that, over recent years, has led to innovative initiatives in the heart of low-density areas.
The various panels featured PES partner entities involved in territorial development, which have been transforming the landscapes of the interior and mountain regions of Portugal, Spain, and France into tourist attractions and sustainable economic potentials.
