LIACOM researcher Nuno da Silva Jorge will present his new book, O Ritual do Poder – A Festa, o Mito e a Ilusão nos Comícios Políticos, on 24 September at 7:15 p.m.

The book presentation will take place at Livraria Almedina – Atrium Saldanha, in Lisbon, and will be presented by Miguel Morgado, university professor and political commentator.

Published by Almedina, the book explores the ritual dimension of political rallies, examining the relationship between festivity, myth and illusion in the context of political communication.
