LIACOM researcher Stover Ezequias participated in the 10th Biennial Conference of the African Association for the Study of Religions (AASR), held under the theme “Spirituality, Gender and Agency in African Contexts” at the University of Botswana, in Gaborone, Botswana, from 27 to 30 July 2026.

As part of the panel “Ritual, Memory and the Spiritual Body”, the researcher presented a paper entitled “Spirituality and Perception of Offence in Internet Advertising: An Analysis of the Reactions of Islamic, Christian and Animist Religious Communities in Angola.”
