LIACOM researcher  Maria João Centeno has been appointed Vice-President for the European University Alliance U!REKA, following a nomination by the President of the Polytechnic University of Lisbon (IPL), António Belo.

This appointment aims to strengthen IPL’s participation in the U!REKA European Alliance, ensuring active political leadership and continuous monitoring of the initiatives developed within the framework of international cooperation. It also seeks to enhance coordination between IPL’s different Organic Units and services, as well as representation in the alliance’s governance bodies.
