On May 30, 2025, LIACOM researchers Filipa Subtil and Júlia Leitão de Barros will participate in the debate Gender Equality: A Reality in the Making, taking place at the Casa da Cultura Auditorium in Mora, as part of the International Women’s Day Commemorative Cycle organized by the Mora Mundus Association.

The initiative aims to foster public reflection on the progress, challenges, and future paths toward achieving gender equality in Portugal and will feature contributions from several figures in academia and civil society.
