Filipa Subtil, researcher at LIACOM, is co-author of the article “Citation patterns, the Matilda effect and gender bias in communication & media studies scientific output in Ibero-America (1980-2022)” in the Spanish Communication & Society (Q1) journal, from the University of Navarra, Spain.

The publication is part of the results of the international project “FEMICOMI: Analysis of female roles in communication research in Ibero-America”, coordinated by Leonarda Garcia-Jimenéz, and of which the LIACOM researcher is a member.
