{"id":2430,"date":"2025-06-30T19:07:44","date_gmt":"2025-06-30T19:07:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/liacom.escs.ipl.pt\/?p=2430"},"modified":"2025-06-30T21:05:51","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T21:05:51","slug":"colab-games-workshop-testa-plataforma-digital-para-dar-vida-a-jogos-pedagogicos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/liacom.escs.ipl.pt\/en\/publicacoes\/colab-games-workshop-testa-plataforma-digital-para-dar-vida-a-jogos-pedagogicos\/","title":{"rendered":"CoLab Games: Workshop tests digital platform for bringing educational games to life"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On June 17, the workshop &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.escs.ipl.pt\/agenda-e-eventos\/workshop-colab-games\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Creating Board Games for Pedagogical and Communication Contexts<\/a>&#8221; brought together more than a dozen teachers and future educators at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fablabs.io\/labs\/fablabbenfica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FabLab Benfica<\/a>, part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eselx.ipl.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lisbon School of Education<\/a> (ESELx) of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipl.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon<\/a> (IPL).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event was organized by the research project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escs.ipl.pt\/en\/research\/research-projects\/line-2\/colab-games\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CoLab Games \u2013 Digital Platform for the Costumisation of Analogue Games<\/a>, led by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.escs.ipl.pt\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">School of Communication and Media Studies<\/a> (ESCS-IPL) and <strong>LIACOM<\/strong>, in partnership with ESELx. The initiative focuses on creating analog games enhanced with digital content, to be used in educational settings involving communication, literacy, and citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim of the workshop was to test and promote the Pick Pick digital platform, developed within the CoLab Games project.
